Returns and Exchanges Within 30 Days of Purchase

  • Popular Jacket accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Also, it should be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Returns are not accepted at Popular Jacket for items that are worn, altered, or damaged.

2. Return Instructions:

  • You will receive return instructions and authorization from our customer support team as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers must bear the expenses for return shipping, ensuring the item is sent back safely to us.
  • Please note that if the return is caused by our error, like a wrong or defective item, then the Popular Jacket will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Guidelines

  • After the completion of the inspection of your returned item. Popular Jacket will inform you regarding the status of your refund request via email, whether it is approved or declined.
  • After approval, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

2. Eligible Partial Refunds:

  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned in a condition that differs from its original state.

3. Items That Can't Be Returned:

  • Unfortunately, items purchased on sale, promotional products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
