The America Jacket delivers to customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Want to check if we ship to you? Just look at the country list at checkout. If your country isn't there, then it means we currently don't deliver to that spot. We're always working to grow our delivery map and add new places soon. Our shipping rules aim to keep things clear and simple for every shopper.

1. Free Shipping

We ship for free to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia 

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10–15 business days
  • Daily Order Cut-off: 2:00 PM GMT-05:00 (CST)

2. Your Order Confirmation

To keep things clear, we send you a confirmation email with your order receipt right after you buy. This receipt covers your order details and confirms everything went through. Didn't get this email? Reach out to us at contact@theamericajacket.com, and we'll sort it out quickly.

3. Taxes and Import Duties

At checkout, the total you pay covers your product cost, shipping fee, and sales tax. Please note that certain countries may apply VAT, extra duties, or customs charges on international orders, based on local government rules. Should this happen, we kindly ask our customers to cover these charges themselves. The America Jacket isn't able to take responsibility for any duties or customs fees set by outside authorities.

4. Give Us the Right Details

Quick and hassle-free delivery depends on you sharing a working phone number, the correct address, and other needed details. This lets us reach you quickly if anything comes up. Make sure your permanent home address is accurate for shipping. If something's off with your address or number, we'll pause your order until it's fixed, and we'll email you to sort it out.

6. Trustworthy Delivery 

We team up with trusted names like FedEx, DHL, Skynet, UPS, and Dpex to get your order to you. Once it ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow its journey. 

Can't be home when it arrives? Just let us know, and we'll allow someone else to accept it on your behalf.

7. Shipping from Multiple Regions

As a global store, The America Jacket ships from both Asian countries and the USA. No matter where your item comes from, our Quality Control team checks it first. 8. Don't Stress About Your Package

If your order goes missing, tracking stops updating, or you simply can't receive it, don't worry. We'll either refund your account or send you a replacement, free of charge.
